New Features & Beta Registration
- Parallel Processing / Multi-Threading: multiple worker threads allow SureSync to copy multiple files and perform directory scans simultaneously - our tests have shown up to 35% improvement in scans & copying!
- Direct SPIAgent-to-SPIAgent Transfers: eliminate data transfers to the controlling SureSync machine
- Change Journal Support for Schedules: utilize the SPIAgent in conjunction with scheduled jobs and eliminate the need to rescan folders at each schedule launch
- SyncStatus Enhancements: A dashboard view named Enterprise Status which provides basic counters, the abilility to stop/start jobs and more. A job level panel named Detailed Status provides in-depth information about a current active job such a file queue status, delta savings, current thread progress and much more.
- File Resumes: allows file copying to continue where it left off after connection failures - for FTP & regular transfers
- Consolidated Installer: One download and the new SureSync 6.0 installer will allow you to select the components to install on each machine.

SureSync Tip - Encrypting Transmissions
With the SPIAgent add-on, SureSync can encrypt data during transfers. This makes it easy to securely copy files to remote offices, even over the Internet. To enable encryption for a Relation simply click on the Performance tab and check the “Encrypt Data” checkbox. That’s all there is to it!
